Important Notice about School Access 2:55 - 3:15pm

Due to the movement of over 1000 students travelling on foot, by bicycle or on one of the many school coaches, there is no vehicular access on or off the school site during this period of time, each day. Please do not drive onto the site before or during this time, particularly if you need to leave before 3:15pm; arrange to meet your child outside of the school site. If you are on site, please respect the role of the staff on duty who are required to uphold this policy. This embargo is in place to ensure the continuing health and safety of staff and students.

Eaton Bank School is a dynamic and progressive community comprehensive school serving a wide catchment area covering approximately half of the town of Congleton and surrounding areas. As a high achieving school, we consistently exceed national averages for results at all Key Stages

The community of Congleton quite rightly has the highest expectations regarding the level and quality of educational provision and Eaton Bank's last Ofsted inspection (December 2006) confirmed that such quality exist at this school. We enjoy the support of our community and this will be increasingly important as schools move into a broader ‘community learning' role.

If you are a parent interested in sending your child to Eaton Bank School, please use the links in the website to access documents such as our Parent Handbook and contact the school if we can be of any further assistance. I can give you my personal assurance that the staff at Eaton Bank will do all they can to ensure that the educational experience your child has at this school will be second to none.

With best wishes

Paul Roberts
